Entering in the Fullness of the Faith

The Hem of Christ is an apostolate sent out to accompany you on your journey of faith and dementia. Through Education, Prayer, and Community we are dedicated to helping you remain in the Sacraments, and grow in faith while you walk this dementia journey.

Dementia cannot destroy our relationship with Christ. Despite what some might think, we never forget our faith, our love for the Lord, nor our longing to grow closer to Him until our dying breath.
