The Hem of Christ is an apostolate sent out to accompany you on your journey of faith and dementia. We work to help those living with dementia (those living with the diagnosis and their loved ones and care team) remain close to the Sacraments, find dignified ways to care for our elders that uplift the soul, draw near the Lord, and flourish in community of faith.

Being Catholic does not protect you from the fears, stigmas, suffering, and trials of dementia. We here with the Hem of Christ seek to ease those things through education, prayer, and community. Entering into the Fullness of the Faith
