The Hem of Christ is an apostolate sent out to accompany you on your journey of faith and dementia. Through Education, Prayer, and Community we are dedicated to helping you remain in the sacraments, and grow in faith while you walk this dementia journey as a person with a diagnosis and as care partner.

It might be an obvious conclusion that an organization that works solely with those living with dementia would be “dementia-friendly.” However, this is not always the case. The Hem of Christ remains committed to serving individuals living with dementia in ways that are important to a life fully alive.
