The Hem of Christ is an apostolate sent out to accompany you on your journey of faith and dementia. Through Education, Prayer, and Community we are dedicated to helping you remain in the Sacraments, and grow in faith while you walk this dementia journey.

We work with parishes, families, and elder care organizations to provide programming, education, and support that helps us all better walk this dementia journey.
