About The Event
Each year we host a self-paced Advent Retreat. The retreat is done on your own time through a reflection book and retreat box sent to you the week of Thanksgiving, weekly emails, and a Memory Café (both in-person and through Zoom) on December 8th.

Let us journey together during Advent 2023.
The retreat is limited to 25 individuals/family units.
This virtual retreat is open to all and designed for those living with dementia, care partners, and the faith community at large. Together we will take moments to pause, reflect, pray, and prepare for the coming of Christ.

Each video (both pre-recorded and live) will be available to you forever! If you ever lose access, you simply need to send an email to Outreach@hemofchrist.org to regain access.
Retreat Box
In the box, you will find elements to make this virtual retreat, tangible. You will find a Retreat Workbook, a mug from Sunset Hill Stoneware for you to enjoy your favorite beverage during the retreat, access to a playlist curated for this retreat, information about your prayer partner, and other goodies to guide you through the retreat.
Daily Guided Reflections, Prayers, and Gospel Studies
Through pre-recorded videos and written text, we explore the themes of the retreat and our faith.
Virtual Memory Café on December 8th.
Open only to retreatants and their families, come join us for a virtual Memory Café. If you would like to host an in-person Memory Café on this day, a box with all that you need is available to you.

Join us for the full retreat that includes everything listed above. (Some scholarships are available)
Memory Café Retreat Box
Seeking to host a Memory Café this Advent for your parishioners? This box will contain all that you need, and comes with one-on-one support from the team.
Accessing the Retreat
You will receive a Retreat Box in the mail the week of Thanksgiving, with emails sent out throughout these 4 weeks together.
You will also be able to access all of the videos via the link below. This link will take you to a YouTube playlist that you can access via the password in your registration confirmation.
